Dori, a Real Estate expert and her daughter Lauren, a fitness trainer, found us through Google. The website they need help with is TopHealtSpot.com which is a Health Coupons Site. They told how they started this site almost 2 and a half years ago and the problems they faced so far with the website, hosting, web designers, programmers, SEO companies, etc.
After initial consultation and website analysis, they understood that we know what we do. The site has lots of issues with speed, ease of use, website maintenance, etc. They initially had a blog supporting the site which was hacked once last year. Recently, after an "expert" advice they were planning to move the site to Joomla . The previous company that adviced and started the work 6 months back (really) has left the project unfinished and asking for money. That is when they found us.
We started working on the project on 1st Jan 2009. In just 1 week most of the programming is finished on the demo site. They were amazed with the quality of our service, rate of progress, ability to make updates, speed of the site, etc. We are building the site using PHP on a popular Framework. They now say the site is 5 times faster than the old one (we are hosting the demo site on a shared hosting server where other 6 demo projects are hosted too! We pay $5/month LOL) Imagine how fast the site will load after we move to their dedicated server.
Now the next target is to optimize the site for keywords. The site is basically an affiliate site with Health Coupons, Vitamins Coupons, Drugstore Coupons and many other famous sites. This is going to be a challenge project for us since the deadline to reach the first page of Google is 3 months.
