Terms and Conditions:

Golden Web Design cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client. Golden Web Design reserves the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proof is given of permission to use such material.

The client agrees to make available to Golden Web Design and submit all materials required to complete the site to the agreed standard and within the set deadline.

Golden Web Design will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines because of delay by client.

Golden Web Design will not be liable or become involved in any disputes between the site owner and their clients and cannot be held responsible for any wrongdoing on the part of a site owner.

The client has to change the login details of FTP, Databases etc., after Golden Web Design delivers the project. All the designs, codes, files, content, etc. of the project will be destroyed after 30 days of final payment and project delivery. Golden Web Design will not be responsible for any security issues in the future.

Golden Web Design will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the unavailability of the site, its servers, software or any material provided by its agents. If you want to use any third party tools, software, scripts, etc. we can only try to help you but cannot guarantee any of the functionality to work properly.

A deposit of 25% is required with any project before the work is started and 50% upon half completion and the rest 25% has to be paid after checking the demo on Golden Web Design servers. Only after receipt of the full payment in our account, we will transfer the whole site to client servers. Its the responsibility of the client to make necessary arrangements to avoid possible delay while using checks or mail. We are also open to work on the clients' servers directly, but the full payment should be made by the time project reaches 75% completion.

For projects of 15 days or lesser duration, the updates are available once every 3 days. For projects of more than 15 days duration, we can provide updates once per week.

We accept the payments in the form of Checks, Paypal, Wire Transfer or Creditcard.

We ask you to provide all the required information in advance. On any occasion where we cannot make progress on your website because you have not provided the required information when you have agreed to do so, and we are delayed as result, the deadline will be automatically prolonged depending on our other commitments.

If you agree to provide us with the required information and subsequently fail to do within 1 week of project commencement we reserve the right to close the project and the balance remaining becomes payable immediately

If at any time during the progress of work, the client does not want to continue with the project because of any personal issues, the client shall be liable to pay remaining balance immediately. In case collection proves necessary, the client agrees to pay all fees incurred by that process.

For higher cost websites we can provide changes to design, functionality, etc., but for low cost sites (below  $1000) please bear in mind that unless previously agreed, only one design change is possible. You should therefore ensure that you let us have your preferred color scheme and design requirements beforehand. If you don’t do this we will design the website appropriately but if it is not to your taste we may not be able to rework the website without additional charges. This is why it is often best to show us another website that you like as an example of what you require.

We cannot guarantee any functionality that is dependent on other websites or servers. There are millions of websites with different terms of use, privacy policy, and some of them change them frequently. There is no way we can know them all. We follow the most commonly used methods and if we cannot make a requirement functional because of problems with other sites or servers, we will try to find an alternative for that. No guarantee of future support is given unless an ongoing support package is selected at a fixed hourly rate.

An email from a customer requesting help is sufficient as a binding agreement and we will start working when the price is agreed upon.
